Civil Labourer

East Coast HDD is a privately owned Horizontal Directional Drilling company, delivering professional services across the telecommunications, water, and power sectors. Based on the Gold Coast, we operate throughout Queensland, NSW and Victoria, with a strong reputation for quality, safety, and reliability.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Labourer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will bring a strong work ethic, reliability, safety focus and willingness to learn.

This role will require travel at times, living away allowances paid and 10/4 roster.

This position requires availability for extended periods away from home base.

Police Check is required for this position.

Pre-Employment is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the set up HDD rigs

• Clean vehicles and ensure all tools are stored correctly

• Fuel equipment, check oils and grease daily

• Assist in using Vacuum Trucks

• Assist in the installation of pits

Qualifications & Experience

• Car Licence (HR licence desirable)

• White Card

• Previous labouring experience

• Previous labouring experience of any level is required for this position

• Australian work rights are required for this position

• NBN Enable accreditation training will be provided
