Synergie Australia is seeking Manufacturing Operators for a renowned confectionery company located in Glynde.

The important parts:

Day shift: 6:00am – 2:06pm (5 shifts a week) – $31.18 per hourAfternoon shift: 2:00pm – 10:06pm (5 shifts a week) – $35.85 per hourNight shift: 10:00pm - 6:06am (4–5 shifts a week - roster provided weekly) – $40.54 per hourChoose the shift that best suits youPossibility of permanencyMust be available for full-time hoursBe part of an iconic South Australian family business

What you will be required to do:

As a Manufacturing Operator, you will play an important role in supporting production targets while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Operate within a fast-paced food production and packaging environmentComplete repetitive tasks and movements safely and efficientlyApply and follow food hygiene principles (HACCP)Lift up to 20kg as requiredContribute to a team-focused workplace culture

To be successful in the role you will:

Be comfortable with repetitive tasks in a busy environmentBe physically fit and attentive to detailCommunicate effectively with your teamDemonstrate commitment to safety and qualityHave full working rights in Australia (must be available for full-time hours)Have access to reliable transport and the ability to get to workDemonstrate a positive attitude towards safety and its importance in every role
