About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator who is ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role within our growing company. Your expertise will be crucial in driving our projects to success, ensuring accurate cost estimations and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review accurate cost estimates and tenders for upcoming projects.

• Collaborate with project teams to manage TOC and optimise cost efficiencies.

• Ensure tender submissions meet industry standards and secure competitive pricing.

• Maintain compliance with contractual, commercial, and safety obligations.

• Provide financial insights, risk analysis, and cost assessments during project execution.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and team members to ensure alignment and understanding of project scopes and costs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Estimator in the construction or engineering industry (5 years minimum).

• Strong understanding of TOC and project cost management.

• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.

• Proficiency in estimation software and advanced skills in Microsoft Office.

• Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.

• Positive attitude and willingness to adapt in a dynamic work environment.
