UpHill Real Estate, a market leader in real estate sales and property management in the South East suburbs is looking for a receptionist/admin assistant to join our property management team.

With no experience required this is your opportunity to step into the real estate industry and work in an office with a great working environment & ample room to grow. Our values are ambitious, hardworking, ethical and we are looking for a dedicated & creative individual to join our growing business.

Daily tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Answering of office phone and taking rental enquiries
  • Greeting clients attending the office
  • Update and maintain UpHill file documentation
  • Create client documentation
  • Create property advertisements and publish online
  • Upkeep UpHill internal databases
  • Research on platforms that could generate leads and promote the organization
  • Actively stay in touch with clients in business database
  • Keeping the office, lobby and staff areas clean and presentable
  • Other duties as required within the rental department

Requirements

  • No experience required
  • Current Police Check (National Police Certificate)
  • Must have a reliable car/current driver's license
