Essentials we need from you:

  • Strong experience in at least one of the following is essential: property lending, trading businesses, cash flow lending (exposure to the other two highly desirable)
  • Working & practical knowledge and experience with general credit, lending policies and financials regulations
  • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on outcomes
  • Skilled in creating authentic, trusted relationships with clients from across industries and life experiences.
  • Opportunity thinking: you see potential for growth, innovation, and meaningful outcomes in every client conversation
  • You are adaptable, resilient, empathetic and enjoy being part of a team that shares a common purpose
  • Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking or equivalent
