We're looking for a passionate, proactive, and people-focused physiotherapist to join our collaborative team at
Northside Allied Health, Caboolture

. This role offers a diverse caseload across clinic, community, and in-home settings, with the support of a multidisciplinary team and a clear pathway for professional growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy across musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiorespiratory, and geriatric caseloads.
• Provide care in clinics, homes, gyms, hydrotherapy pools, and residential aged care.
• Develop and monitor tailored treatment plans, focused on functional outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with EPs, OTs, GPs, and other health professionals.
• Educate clients, families, and carers to promote long-term health improvement.
• Contribute to team meetings, case conferences, and clinical development.

What We're Looking For

• Current
  AHPRA registration (Physiotherapy)

.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Valid driver's licence, reliable car, and current Police/WWCC (or willingness to obtain).

Desirable:

• Experience with
  NDIS, DVA, My Aged Care, Medicare

-funded services.
- Interest in hydrotherapy, chronic disease, neuro rehab, or aged care.
- Familiarity with practice management systems (e.g., Halaxy).
- Ambition to grow into senior or leadership roles.
