What will you be doing?

Lead and motivate a small but high-performing team, ensuring every client enjoys a memorable and seamless bridal experience.

  • Inspire, coach, and motivate the team to deliver premium service
  • Oversee commercial running of the store and staff scheduling
  • Manage sales appointments and ensure exceptional client experiences
  • Conduct staff training, including luxury sales techniques and product knowledge
  • Support operational excellence, including inventory and store presentation
  • Close sales alongside staff, guiding and mentoring as needed

A polished, motivated retail professional with luxury sales experience. You thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and have a natural ability to influence and inspire.

  • Retail experience in luxury, bridal, beauty, or premium fashion environments
  • Polished, professional, and confident, with a positive, approachable style
  • Strong commercial awareness and results-driven
  • Excellent communicator and mentor for your team
  • Flexible to work across all days, including weekends
  • A strong, enthusiastic salesperson with a consultative approach
