What You'll Do

  • Lead complex ERP and enterprise transformation programs, ensuring full accountability to outcomes.
  • Partner with executive stakeholders to align strategy, delivery, and measurable business value.
  • Identify and resolve risks, scope creep, and operational bottlenecks before they escalate.
  • Establish and enforce governance frameworks, best practice delivery models, and structured program roadmaps.
  • Mentor cross-functional teams to build delivery capability and foster adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Drive programs from chaos to stability — ensuring real adoption, legacy retirement, and tangible business success.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in project and program management, ideally across ERP, digital transformation, or enterprise systems.
  • Proven track record of turning around failing programs or leading high-stakes projects to successful outcomes.
  • Strong executive presence — able to influence and challenge C-suite stakeholders.
  • Deep expertise in governance, risk management, change management, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Hands-on leadership style: comfortable operating at both strategy and execution levels.
  • Certifications (PMP, MSP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent) highly regarded.
