Qualifications & experience

  • Proven experience as a field service technician preferred but not required, preferably with forklift or heavy equipment is preferred but not required.
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a service schedule effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site repairs and maintenance of forklifts and other material handling equipment across various brands.
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, providing efficient and effective solutions
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Maintain detailed service records and provide clear communication to customers regarding repairs and service needs.
  • Uphold our company's commitment to excellent customer service by building strong relationships with our clients.
