As a Physiotherapist (Grade 2), you'll join a compassionate, multi-disciplinary team that supports people of all ages across south-eastern Melbourne to achieve their health and wellbeing goals.

You'll play a key role in helping clients improve mobility, function, and independence — delivering evidence-based, holistic care in both clinic and community settings.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Provide individual and group physiotherapy services — in-clinic and community-based.
  • Contribute to prevention and rehabilitation programs that build strength and independence.
  • Supervise and mentor Allied Health Assistants and students.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support person-centred outcomes.
  • Participate in service evaluation and continuous quality improvement activities.

About You

You're a proactive and people-focused physiotherapist with:

  • A recognised degree in Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration.
  • Minimum three years of clinical experience.
  • Strong clinical reasoning and commitment to evidence-based practice.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A passion for community health and improving lives.
