As Cluster Manager, you will oversee two locations within the Southland precinct, ensuring both spaces deliver consistent service, strong operational execution, and high visual standards.

Working across a standalone store and concession, you'll bring structure, leadership, and a hands-on mindset to both teams.

You will be customer-facing, team-focused, and confident in managing stock flow, replenishment, VM, and store performance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings polish, professionalism, and strong follow-through.

• Lead and coach both store teams to deliver an elevated, consultative customer experience
• Oversee all operational functions across both locations, including stock, inventory integrity, VM, and daily store standards
• Support team capability through training, mentoring, and performance development
• Manage rostering, wage control, and day-to-day reporting
• Maintain consistency across both spaces while adapting to the differences between standalone and concession environments
• Build strong relationships with centre management and internal stakeholders
• Drive sales results through proactive leadership and customer engagement

• Proven retail management experience - multi-site experience is a bonus
• Strong operational capability, particularly around stock flow, back-of-house processes, and VM
• A polished, professional communication style
• Confident leadership skills with an ability to inspire, train, and support teams
• A consultative sales approach paired with commercial awareness
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
