The Position
  • Maintain effective customer and client relationships
  • Support and lead the Front of House team with day to day operations
  • Maintain focus on Food and People safety
  • Providing exceptional customer service to all employees on site
  • Assist with preparation and presentation of food
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen and service area
The Person
  • Current or previous experience in Catering / F&B supervisory or similar
  • Experience working in a Cafe highly regarded
  • You are passionate about delivering the highest levels of customer service
  • Attention to detail , the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
