We're seeking an experienced
Commercial Manager
to lead the commercial function for our NSW & ACT region, partnering closely with our Regional General Manager and project teams to deliver critical infrastructure that connects and supports our communities.
Based in our
North Sydney office
, this role offers more than just responsibility, it offers balance. From harbour views and easy metro access to the buzzing cafés and lunch spots at your doorstep, it's a great base for doing meaningful work alongside a team that values professionalism, collaboration and a bit of fun along the way.
You'll Play a Key Role In
- Guiding commercial strategy and project delivery across multiple major projects
- Shaping bids, contracts, and commercial risk decisions
- Mentoring and developing a capable team of contract administrators
- Working hand-in-hand with our senior leadership group to drive regional performance
You'll bring:
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Extensive commercial and contract management experience within construction or infrastructure
- Experience with collaborative contract models such as NEC, Alliance, or ECI will be highly regarded.
- Confidence in negotiation, strategic planning, and team development
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a genuine passion for building better
