We're looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our team and gain experience across a diverse range of caseloads while receiving the guidance and support you need to grow confidently as a clinician.

About the Role

This role is designed to give OTs exposure to a broad range of clients and settings – helping you discover which areas of practice you're most passionate about. You'll work with clients in their homes, schools, the community, nursing homes, etc, with the chance to focus your caseload as your interests develop.

If you already know what area of OT you love, we'll help you foster and grow that passion from day one. And if you're still exploring, you'll have the freedom to try it all – with guidance from experienced clinicians to help you find your best fit.

You'll be supported by clinicians with 10+ years' experience, external supervision, admin assistance, and a tailored support approach to help you build your skills and confidence.

Our team is based in beautiful Scone – the Horse Capital of Australia – surrounded by farmland, fresh air and a welcoming rural community. You'll enjoy the best of both worlds: a relaxed rural lifestyle only 1.5–2 hours from metropolitan areas and the coast.

About the Caseload

We can offer a mixed caseload or tailor your role to suit your interests as you grow. If you already know where your passion lies – whether that's early childhood, adult rehab, AT, home mods, mental health, or aged care – we'll foster that specialisation and help you develop deep expertise in your chosen area.

Our clinicians work across all ages and funding bodies. You'll complete assessments, implement therapy plans, collaborate with schools and families, and have opportunities to run innovative group programs and community initiatives.

About You
