and surrounding areas. This full-time role is all about empowering individuals to live their best lives—supporting them to achieve their goals and participate fully in everyday activities.

You'll work with a diverse client base, providing services through a variety of programs, including:

  • Private Services
     – Tailored support for individuals with self-identified needs
  • Rehab in the Home
     – Post-orthopaedic surgery recovery
  • Hospital in the Home
     – Support following general hospital stays
  • Home Care Packages
     – Helping clients maintain independence at home

About You
You're AHPRA-registered, passionate about person-centred care, and thrive working independently in a community setting. You'll be mobile across Geelong, so a reliable vehicle is essential (we offer kilometre reimbursement). If you're considering relocating, we may be able to assist with a 
Relocation Allowance
