Casual Cleaners – Bettie's Cleaning

Location: Hunter Valley

Hours: Casual shifts available Monday–Friday between 7am–5pm (occasional weekends during busy periods)

Pay: Commensurate with experience

About the Role

Bettie's Cleaning is seeking motivated and reliable Casual Cleaners to join our team. You'll play an important part in keeping client properties spotless, well-presented, and up to our high standards. For the right person, there are also opportunities to step up and take on additional responsibilities over time.

What You'll Do

  • Carry out cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
  • Maintain a high standard of presentation and attention to detail.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including packing and unpacking supplies and linen.
  • Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
  • (Optional for those with experience) Support new starters with training and demonstrate best practices.

What We're Looking For

  • Someone reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality cleaning.
  • Good communication skills – you'll represent Bettie's Cleaning with clients and co-workers.
  • Experience in cleaning is preferred – especially housekeeping, holiday rentals, or Airbnb property cleaning.
  • A valid NSW driver's licence is an advantage.
