An exciting opportunity exists for a Trainee Installer to join Phoenix Blinds in Albion Park Rail, NSW.

Responsibilities

  • Beginning each day at 7:30am at the Phoenix Blinds shop and travel to job sites throughout the day
  • Learning to install blinds, awnings, shutters, screens, and grilles using different materials, fixtures, and fittings
  • Completing installation and service work at various locations before returning to the workshop by 4pm
  • Working with the team to ensure quality installations and customer satisfaction
  • Gradually building the skills to work independently in the field

Requirements

  • P1 licence or above required
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills in a hands-on environment
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work as part of a small, close-knit team
  • A focus on customer satisfaction and attention to detail
