About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee housekeeping operations while also servicing and cleaning guest rooms to ensure they are maintained to a high standard. You'll lead by example, support your team, and help create exceptional stays for our guests.

As Our Next Team Member, You Will:

  • Supervise and support the housekeeping team during daily operations

  • Clean and service assigned guest rooms to hotel standards

  • Ensure all public and back-of-house areas are kept clean and tidy

  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control

  • Assist with training of new staff and promote safe work practices

  • Handle all cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and in line with WHS standards

  • Manage stock control, including ordering, tracking, and organizing housekeeping supplies

  • Work both independently and as part of a team

  • Communicate effectively with other departments across the hotel

  • Uphold hotel policies and procedures

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous housekeeping experience, ideally with supervisory responsibilities

  • Stock control or inventory management experience (preferred but not essential as training will be provided)

  • A can-do attitude, friendly personality, and a smile

  • Great attention to detail and a sense of pride in your work

  • Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties throughout your shift

  • Strong communication and time management skills

  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays

  • Ability to work quickly and thoroughly in a fast-paced environment
