The Role

Nestled amongst the lush grazing pastures of Melbourne, you will find illuminating G.O.A.T. symbols that adorn our front entrances.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will:

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations.
  • Coordinate guest bookings and functions.
  • Lead, motivate, and support the front-of-house team.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and handle guest inquiries.
  • Assist in training and mentoring team members.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety and RSA regulations.
  • Contribute to operational improvements and meet sales targets.

About You

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role in hospitality.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • A passion for exceptional customer service.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bar and cocktail experience.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
