We are seeking an enthusiastic 
Trainer and Assessor
 to deliver the 
CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability)
. You will inspire and support learners to build the practical skills and confidence needed for a rewarding career in disability support.

To be successful, you must:

• Hold (or be willing to obtain) 
  TAE40122 or TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
• Hold 
  Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability)
• Have 
  current Registration to Work with Vulnerable People in Tasmania
  , including NDIS endorsement
• Bring relevant industry knowledge and practical experience (2 years of disability support work experience minimum).

• Is highly organised with excellent time management
• Demonstrates professionalism, reliability, and a strong work ethic
• Inspires learners through their knowledge and attitude
