Employment Type: Fixed Term full time (12 months Maternity Leave cover)

Hours: Monday to Friday 76 hour fortnight

Salary: $78,520.18 per annum + superannuation + Full FBT package + Amazing employee benefits

About the opportunity

As a Payroll Officer, you will work in our friendly and supportive payroll team and be responsible for accurately processing and managing payroll fortnightly. You will work closely with our HR & finance team to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and provide exceptional service to our staff. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process end-to-end payroll for 2000+ employees on a fortnightly basis.

• Maintain and update employee records in Payroll system.

• Handle payroll-related queries from employees and provide timely resolution.

• Prepare reconciliations for leave balances and backpays.

• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to streamline payroll processes and enhance accuracy.

• Interpret complex EBA's and Awards

• Process terminations.
