Head of SiteCam

We're looking for someone who can take ownership of our SiteCam business nationally, leading the day-to-day, supporting installations, improving how we operate, and playing a key role in securing and servicing major customers across Australia.
You'll be the link between our branches, installers, support team, and key clients, making sure our SiteCam solutions are delivered smoothly, consistently, and with great customer experience.
If you enjoy solving problems, working with technical products, building strong relationships, and taking something good and making it better, you'll do well here.
What you'll do
- Lead the SiteCam operations nationally — installations, service and support.
- Work closely with major customers on new projects, upgrades and ongoing service.
- Support tender responses and larger deal conversations (you're not the BDM, but you'll be hands-on with the commercial side).
- Make sure each branch is set up to deliver SiteCam work safely, consistently, and efficiently.
- Coach, support and guide staff across states.
- Help shape how SiteCam grows — processes, service standards, product improvements.
What you bring
- Experience leading teams or operational delivery in a technical, field service, construction or hire environment.
- Strong customer confidence, you're good with people and can hold your own in commercial discussions.
- Comfortable with hardware, software or networking concepts (you don't need to be an engineer).
- Practical mindset, you get how things work in the real world.
- Able to travel occasionally to branches and sites.
