About the role

Fit Nation Co' is seeking a passionate and experienced Fitness Coach to join our team in Morayfield, QLD. As a Fitness Coach, you will play a crucial role in helping our members achieve their health and fitness goals through expert instruction and guidance. This is a casual position.

What you'll be doing

  • Delivering engaging and effective group fitness classes across a range of disciplines including strength training, conditioning, kids class
  • Providing personalised coaching and motivation to help members progress towards their individual fitness objectives
  • Maintaining a safe and welcoming training environment
  • Ensuring all equipment is well-maintained and stored appropriately
  • Run Wednesday Strength classes 5am, 6am, 9.15am
  • Run Thursday Build and condition classes 5.00pm and 6.15pm
  • With possibility of extra shifts when needed

What we're looking for

  • Relevant fitness certification (e.g. Certificate III/IV in Fitness) 24 months minimum experience
  • Demonstrated experience in group fitness instruction, with attention to teaching correct technique throughout the class,
  • Out going personality, not afraid of using a mic
  • Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, and nutrition
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire members of all fitness levels
  • Current First Aid and CPR qualifications
  • Enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to continuous learning
  • Confident to take social media content
