Veterinarian

A position as a qualified registered veterinarian in a regional Australia country vet practice, seeing all manner of species on a daily basis, in-clinic and out and about, is a fulfilling lifestyle and is now advertised for all interested applicants. An experienced vet will be available for support, but the ability to work solo will be an advantage, especially on-farm and at a branch practice. Although the majority of work is with our smallies, a natural manner, empathy and ability to converse with both town and farm folk is essential. Wages as per award, and per experience. Limited After Hours duties. Nanango is a picturesque town on the Burnett Hwy, with shops, sporting facilities (including a heated swimming pool), bakeries, cafes and pubs, and is located 22km from Kingaroy and 2.5 hours from Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.
