The Why
This role will be instrumental to the HRIS implementation program and will enable a smooth delivery through shaping Ubank's requirements, liaising with

stakeholders and SMEs, ensuring initiatives are traceable, risk-aligned, and delivered on time and with clarity.

  • This is a 12 month Fixed term contract position**

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR, Finance and Delivery stakeholders to elicit, define, document, and validate business and functional requirements
  • Work with external vendors to clarify and deliver requirements
  • Translate Dayforce objectives into actionable and testable work items
  • Map current vs future state processes and help shape future direction
  • Develop and coordinate testing schedule, including creating UAT test cases and working closely with relevant SMEs
  • Maintain and manage Jira epics, stories, and tasks aligned with delivery squads Help define acceptance criteria and contribute to UAT or validation activities
  • Contribute to development of Dayforce work instructions and training materials Support project management and operating rhythm activities, including managing risks, decisions, and actions

Your Experience

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Dayforce implementation experience is essential. This role will be relied on as an SME.

  • This includes experience of:

  • workflow configuration and data integrity management in Dayforce

  • familiarity with Dayforce's reporting & analytics module preferred

  • Experience in agile and hybrid delivery models, including managing work using Jira and Confluence (creating and managing epics, stories, workflows).

  • Experience in the banking & financial services sector advantageous
  • Experience with the Microsoft Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Certification in Dayforce preferred
  • Certification in Business Analysis preferred
