Magic Hand Car Wash **Southport QLD** is looking after skilled Car Wash Detailers who know their stuff, have worked in a car wash environment before, and genuinely enjoy it

If you've had experience in Detailing Cars in your previous car wash roles – this role will truly value your expertise.

Who we're looking for

Previous car wash detailing experience is obvious. But equally important is an open mind and willingness to learn new skills and ways of doing things when it comes to cleaning and detailing vehicles.

We're after someone who comes to work every day with a great attitude, has lots of energy, and works hard to achieve the best possible results.

Other knowledge, skills, and qualities required include:

  • Being sales and KPI driven
  • Knowledge of car wash and detailing basics
  • Great verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Incredibly reliable
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Tech-savvy and a quick learner

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Working in the driveway alongside the team to clean car interiors and exteriors the Magic way; meeting our quality standards through our unique and innovative operational processes
  • Operating buffers, steamers, hoses, vacuums, and other equipment to meet service expectations.
  • Using cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to maintain and enhance the appearance of vehicles.
  • Detailing – paint cleansing, leather treatments, steam cleaning, hand-cut & polish, etc.
