The Opportunity
Perth Radiological Clinic (PRC) is WA's leading private radiology provider with a long-standing reputation for excellence in patient care. We are seeking a Clerical Supervisor to lead our Wexford Medical Centre clinic in Murdoch.
If you're an experienced Medical Receptionist or current 2IC ready to step up into leadership, this is your chance to make an impact from day one in a busy, patient-focused clinic environment.
As the Clerical Supervisor, you'll provide professional and operational leadership, ensuring our clinic delivers exceptional, efficient, and compassionate service to patients, referrers, and the community. Reporting to the Clerical Operations Manager, you'll manage daily clerical operations, foster a positive workplace culture, oversee workflow efficiency, and support the growth and development of your team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and engage team members to achieve results, building collaboration and teamwork through strong leadership.
- Set the standard by embodying PRC values and behaviours, while providing a clear vision for success.
- Build strong working relationships with managers, clinicians, and team members across PRC, as well as external referrers.
- Oversee room allocation and clerical workflows to maximise efficiency.
- Contribute to clinic budget management and help deliver productivity goals.
What You Bring
- Experience as a Medical Receptionist or 2IC, with the confidence to step into a leadership role.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage staff and clerical operations with a patient-centred approach.
- A collaborative style that supports colleagues and ensures patients receive the highest standard of care.
