The Role

We're seeking a highly organised and proactive site-based Project Administrator to support our delivery teams on major civil infrastructure works at Melbourne Airport. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and a keen interest in construction, particularly in high-security, airside environments.

You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth site operations by managing documentation, coordinating logistics, and supporting compliance with airport protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to site teams and project managers.
  • Manage site documentation including permits, inductions, timesheets, and subcontractor records.
  • Assist with procurement, delivery tracking, and inventory control.
  • Coordinate airside access applications and maintain compliance records.
  • Support reporting, scheduling, and data entry for project tracking.
  • Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and airport stakeholders.

About You

  • Previous experience in site administration, ideally in civil or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project systems (e.g., Jobpac, Aconex, or similar).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-security environment.
  • Airside experience or willingness to obtain an airside pass.
