Electel Resources Pty Ltd is a South Australian owned and operated Powerline Distribution contracting company based in North Plympton, South Australia.

We are currently seeking a reliable, pro-active and experienced Electrician to join our Road Lighting team.

This position is full time, based in Metro Adelaide with opportunities for country work.

Essential Criteria:

  • Have at least 5 years of experience in Lighting and Electrical reticulation.
  • Hold a Current SA Electrical Licence
  • Be Competent and have a high level of knowledge in Lighting and Electrical construction applications. - AS/NZS1158 and AS/NZS:3000SA including fault finding

To be successful in this role you will require:

  • CPR & Rescue from a Live LV Panel
  • SA Drivers Licence (MR or HR Truck licence preferred)
  • High Risk Licence - WP (EWP) Highly desirable
  • First Aid - Advantageous

Key requirements:

  • Must be safety orientated, conscientious, reliable
  • The ability to work autonomously
  • Enjoy working in a team environment
  • Work out of hours and at night when the need arises
  • Be willing to work out of hours as required;
  • Be prepared to undertake a National Police Check
  • Undertake all compulsory training
  • Partake in a shift Roster if required
