THE ROLE

The Principal Strategic Advisor leads strategic engagement across their assigned ICT business portfolio's to shape and helps to deliver digital solutions that meet business portfolio goals. Acting as a customer advocate, the role ensures outcomes are user-focused, innovative, and aligned with agile and enterprise architecture principles.

This role suits a proactive leader with strong experience in delivering complex digital initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and influencing senior stakeholders.

ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE

  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver digital solutions aligned with business needs and government ICT strategies.
  • Work closely with senior leaders to translate business goals into ICT strategies, services, and products.
  • Oversee ICT strategy development, governance, and portfolio management across the department and broader government.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support strategic planning and delivery.
