We're looking for an Executive Housekeeper who takes pride in high standards and loves leading a team to deliver those moments of perfection.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading and supporting a dedicated housekeeping team to keep guest rooms and public spaces looking their very best.
  • Taking care of the daily operations – rostering, stock control, ordering and budgets.
  • Working alongside the wider hotel team to make sure our guests have a smooth and memorable stay.
  • Keeping everything safe, clean and in line with brand and hygiene standards.
  • Coaching, mentoring and creating a workplace where your team can grow.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience running or supervising a housekeeping team in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
  • An eye for detail and genuine passion for presentation.
  • A people-first leader who inspires and motivates.
  • Organised, reliable and comfortable managing a busy workload.
  • Someone hands-on, approachable and proud to make a difference for both guests and colleagues.
