About the Role
We're looking for an organised, detail-driven National Account Coordinator who genuinely loves beauty, from skincare to haircare, fragrance, and everything in between. You'll support the management of existing retail partners and assist in onboarding exciting new international brands entering the Australian and New Zealand markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in day-to-day retail account management and communication with buyers.
• Support the preparation of range review presentations, brand decks, and sell-in materials.
• Coordinate with overseas brand partners on product launches, pricing, and assets.
• Help manage trade marketing plans, including campaign calendars, POS, and digital submissions.
• Assist with order processing, stock updates, and logistics follow-ups.
• Maintain product and brand information across shared drives and internal systems.
• Scout emerging beauty brands both locally and internationally.
• Support management with ad-hoc brand administration and special projects.
About You
• You have a genuine passion for the beauty industry and love discovering new brands.
• Experience in managing wholesale accounts at head office level.
• Strong attention to detail and comfortable managing multiple beauty brands across diverse markets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Workspace (experience with retail portals is a plus).
• Self-motivated, proactive, and confident juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
