We're currently recruiting for two full-time pharmacist roles (full time preferable - can consider part time) across our national network, each offering a unique opportunity to specialise and grow within a supportive, values-driven environment.
HPS Darlinghurst – Oncology Pharmacist
Join a collaborative team delivering high-quality oncology pharmacy services to our oncology clients in both the public and private sectors.
Key responsibilities:
- Dispensing oncology and haematology medications
- Chemotherapy protocol support
- Supporting clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives
HPS Launceston – Oncology Pharmacist
Specialise in oncology pharmacy for patients across northern Tasmania. Be part of a growing service with a renewed focus on clinical excellence and innovation.
Key responsibilities:
- Dispensing oncology and haematology medications
- Aseptic preparation and chemotherapy protocol support
- Participating in clinical ward rounds and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Multidisciplinary team collaboration
What You'll Need (All Roles)
- Current AHPRA registration as a pharmacist
- Strong communication, clinical knowledge, and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Training provided for specialised areas as needed
Pharmacists with community experience or newly registered pharmacists are highly encouraged to apply, as our roles are a great pathway to transition into hospital-based pharmacy as training will be provided.
