Your Role

There is no typical working week at Flybuys. But here are some of the things you will be working on, day-to-day;

• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex requirements into clear, actionable solutions.
• Lead requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation of business, functional, and non-functional needs.
• Collaborate with IT engineering and architecture teams to design, evaluate, and deliver feasible technology solutions.
• Support delivery teams with backlog refinement, planning, and ensuring clarity and alignment of user stories and technical documentation.
• Drive process optimisation by identifying inefficiencies and leading initiatives to enhance business and technical workflows.
• Maintain high-quality documentation and knowledge sharing, ensuring compliance, clarity, and continuity across teams.

Your Experience

• Proven experience as a Senior Technical Business Analyst delivering workplace technology, corporate, and shared services projects within complex enterprise environments
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, effectively balancing competing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences, drive process optimisation, and deliver tangible business outcomes.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and managing timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Skilled in building relationships and facilitating workshops with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to gather, document, and validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, PowerBI, and Freshservice for documentation, analysis, and reporting.
