• Professional qualifications gained in Cookery
• Excellent organizational skills and communication skills
• attention to details and a positive and proactive approach
• Able to work without supervision
• Experience with breakfast service and cafe-style food preparation preferred
• Follow all sanitation and safety standards
• Must be available on both Saturday and Sunday
• Must have the legal right to work in Australia
• be responsible for food preps, station cooking, cleaning and stock control/ordering
