Project Manager (Contract, Part-Time) – Finance Transformation

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to guide a Finance Transformation program from its early stages. This part-time contract role is ideal for someone who can bring structure, momentum, and clarity to a complex program while balancing stakeholder expectations.

What you'll do

  • Lead the scoping of a Finance Transformation initiative, aligning business objectives with project outcomes.
  • Develop a detailed schedule and project plan, including milestones and dependencies.
  • Coordinate and manage the project team, ensuring accountability and progress.
  • Monitor risks, budgets, and timelines to keep delivery on track.
  • Provide transparent reporting and updates to senior stakeholders.

What you bring

  • Proven experience delivering finance, ERP, or large-scale business transformation projects.
  • Strong ability to establish structure and clarity in ambiguous environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Hands-on project planning and scheduling expertise.
