About the Role:
  • Position: Chef (Level 4) – Casual Rate
  • Setting: Café & Wine Bar
  • Shifts: Monday to Friday weekends off must be flexible with some morning and some afternoon early evening shifts
Your Mission:
  • Be a part of a small dynamic team to push the food offering in Copia
  • Whip up mouthwatering breakfasts & evening light snacks with finesse
  • Keep workstations in tip-top shape (cleanliness is key)
  • Collaborate on menu ideas & listen to guest feedback
  • Manage inventory like a pro—minimise waste, maximise flavour
What We Need:
  • Experience as a short-order chef (breakfast & casual dining expertise = a plus)
  • Speed & precision in a fast-paced setting
  • Food Safety Supervisor certification (because we take hygiene seriously)
  • A friendly & engaging personality—our guests love a chat
