We are currently seeking a full time onsite Accounts Payable Clerk to join our very busy and highly varied Accounts department located at Warwick Farm. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will be managing creditors across all our NSW locations.


About the opportunity:

  • Process invoices for allocation and approval using Docusmart
  • Creditor reconciliation and resolving discrepancies
  • Managing creditor and internal department enquiries
  • Various duties to support the team

About you:

  • Previous experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance/admin role
  • Microsoft office skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Excellent time-management and administration skills
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to develop working relationships
  • Knowledge of Motor Dealership systems and basic understanding of automotive industry is highly regarded
