With locations across East Vic Park, Carlisle, and Jolimont, we're growing and we're looking for capable and confident staff to grow with us.

About the Role
This is a customer facing retail position ideal for someone who already holds their WA Manager's Red Card and is ready to bring energy, leadership, and a love of independent drinks to the floor.

You'll work closely with the leadership team to ensure smooth day to day operations, provide exceptional service, and help maintain the friendly, fast paced vibe that our customers love.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver warm, helpful, and knowledgeable service to all customers

  • Operate POS, manage daily transactions, and ensure compliance with liquor licensing laws

  • Open/close the store and supervise in the absence of a senior manager

  • Guide casual team members, support onboarding, and assist in training

  • Maintain high standards of store presentation, merchandising, and cleanliness

  • Stay up to date with our ever-evolving wine, beer, and spirits range

  • Attend and participate in tastings, supplier events, and occasional winery/brewery visits

About You:

  • Must hold a current WA Manager's Red Card (Approved Manager Certification)

  • Prior experience in retail, hospitality or liquor sales

  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently

  • Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented with a high attention to detail

  • Flexible availability including weekends and evenings

  • A passion for good wine, fresh beer, and high-quality spirits

  • Bonus points for WSET, Cicerone, or other industry certifications
