Program & Operations Senior Advisor

- Clerk Grade 7/8 - $113,574 to $125,720 plus superannuation and leave loading

About the role
- Coordinate high-level program and operational support to deliver key initiatives on time and within scope
- Analyse data and processes to improve efficiency, reporting accuracy, and program outcomes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent communication, compliance, and quality service delivery
The Program and Operations Senior Advisor works closely with the Program and Operation Manager and Program and Operation Lead to support and coordinate a range of high level strategic and policy initiatives to enable programs of work to be delivered in a timely and coordinated manner.

About you -
- Bring strong program coordination and operational experience, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on improving systems, reporting, and service delivery
- Build productive relationships with stakeholders at all levels, using your communication and collaboration skills to achieve shared goals
- Show initiative and sound judgment in delivering practical solutions that support business objectives
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department's Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department's Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people
Essential requirements of the role
- Current and valid Working with Children Check Clearance for paid employment
- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education
