Role Description
This is a contract-based role for a Senior Mortgage Broker located in anywhere in Australia.
The Senior Mortgage Broker will actively manage clients' mortgage requirements, from loan structuring to application support and approval. The role involves providing expert advice, offering debt consolidation solutions, and developing strategies to meet clients' financial objectives. Regular engagement with clients and lenders is required to ensure an efficient and positive experience.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Mortgage Brokerage and Brokerage services.
- Experience in Mortgage Marketing and effective client acquisition strategies.
- Strong understanding of Debt Consolidation and financial restructuring approaches.
- Comprehensive knowledge in Finance and mortgage-related regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional credentials or certifications in mortgage brokering are required
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines with strong organizational skills.
