About the Role

We are looking for a Part-Time Uniform Attendant to join our dedicated Housekeeping Team. As the Uniform Attendant, you will ensure that colleague uniforms and guest laundry services are managed efficiently and maintained to the highest standard. You will play a key role in upholding our commitment to presentation and service excellence.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintain the uniform room, including issuing uniforms and sending/receiving items from the laundry.
  • Issue uniforms to new colleagues and assist with alterations as required.
  • Maintain accurate uniform and linen inventories.
  • Collect and deliver guest laundry promptly and professionally.
  • Sort dirty linen for laundry collection and issue clean linen to Room Attendant pantries.
  • Iron and press uniforms to ensure they are clean, neat, and ready for use.
  • Carry out repairs and alterations on uniforms, including replacing zips, buttons, and seams.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality or laundry operations is desirable.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • A positive attitude and commitment to high standards of service and presentation.
  • Available to work weekends and public holidays if required.
