We're growing fast and looking for a passionate Tiler Field Support Training Specialist to help us take our high-performing technician team to the next level.

This is your opportunity to bring your hands-on trade knowledge into a leadership and support role that combines field training, compliance, and quality control.

What You'll Do:

  • Train and mentor new and existing field technicians and tilers in the "Megasealed Way"
  • Liaise with franchisees on field performance and quality control
  • Ensure workmanship meets company and industry standards
  • Conduct site inspections and provide ongoing technical support
  • Assist in onboarding, upskilling, and performance coaching
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct in house group training.
  • Continue to update and educate on building code changes.

You'll Need:

  • Solid experience in construction or trades (especially bathrooms, kitchens, or laundries)
  • Tiling and Waterproofing license experience
  • Kitchen, Bathroom and Laundry (KBL) license- (optional)
  • On site experience in diagnosing problems and solving issues.
  • A keen eye for detail, and a passion for training others
  • Strong communication skills and a hands-on leadership style
  • Driver's licence and willingness to travel to job sites.
  • Local and Interstate travel required
