We're looking for a Customer Service Delivery Driver to support the collection, transport and delivery of items to and from hospitals in the greater Perth area.

This role is perfect for someone who is self-motivated, reliable, and enjoys working independently—all while making a positive impact on the environment and healthcare, and delivering excellent customer service.

What You'll Do:

Collect items from various sites within hospitals and transport them safely in accordance with defined processes

Establish and maintain collection and delivery points at designated hospital locations

Engage and communicate with hospital staff to ensure smooth collection and delivery processes

Maintain and update hospital collection materials such as posters and signage

Track, report, and follow defined procedures

Assist with other customer-facing tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • Professional and well-presented with great communication skills
  • Customer service mindset – you take pride in delivering a high standard of work
  • Independent worker who enjoys flexible hours and autonomy
  • Full AU Driver's License with a clean driving history
  • Reliable vehicle for transporting items (Van preferred)
  • Two referees who can vouch for your reliability and professionalism

Healthcare experience isn't required but would be a bonus
