Join a well-established dental practice in Spring Hill, known for providing exceptional, high-end patient care for over 20 years. We are seeking an experienced dentist to join our team. Starting with one day initially, with scope to expand once established. Flexible on days, 7am start would be great

Requirements:


• Minimum 5 years experience in private practice.


• Proven ability to deliver 5-star patient care with a focus on high conversion rates for aesthetic and restorative treatments.


• Capacity to build strong patient rapport and maintain a loyal patient base.


• Highly skilled in aesthetic dentistry, with the ability to complete complex smile makeovers, composite bonding, and full-mouth rehabilitations.


• Experience in endodontic treatment and implants is highly regarded.


• Comfortable performing hygiene treatments while building a patient base.


• High attention to detail and a commitment to clinical excellence.


• Professional, well-presented, and capable of working independently as a contractor.


• Friendly, reliable, team-oriented approach with a focus on patient satisfaction.

Practice Facilities:


• Advanced digital workflow including OPG, TRIOS scanner, E4D milling, and 3D printing.


• Comprehensive clinical photography equipment.


• Support from an experienced full-scope therapist on Mondays and Tuesdays.
