About the role

Sapphire Beach Grocer' is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Barista to join our team at our café located in Coffs Harbour, NSW. This is a casual position, offering flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle.

What you'll be doing

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages to our customers
  • Operate and maintain espresso machines and other coffee equipment
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive café experience
  • Assist with general café duties such as food preparation, inventory management, and cleaning
  • Contribute to the overall success and growth of the café

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role within the café/hospitality industry
  • Excellent knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and the ability to consistently produce high-quality beverages
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team
  • Enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a passion for the hospitality industry
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
