What you'll be doing:

  • Providing friendly and professional customer service – in person and over the phone

  • Processing and managing insurance policy documents and renewals

  • Supporting brokers with general administrative tasks

  • Ensuring accurate record-keeping and data entry

What we're looking for:

  • Strong computer and typing skills – comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Completion of Year 12 – further study or a background in administration or insurance is a bonus

  • A great communicator with a professional and helpful attitude

  • Someone who's detail-oriented and thrives in a team environment

  • A willingness to undertake further study to obtain Tier 2 or Diploma-level insurance qualifications
