About You:

You're an organised and detail-focused finance professional with strong accounts payable and receivable experience. You take pride in accuracy, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high standards of financial integrity. You're confident working with accounting systems, comfortable analysing data, and quick to resolve discrepancies. You communicate clearly, build positive working relationships, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organisation. You're proactive, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities while upholding compliance with financial policies and procedures. You also bring a problem-solving mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Process and reconcile daily accounts receivable transactions.
  • Investigate and resolve unidentified or disputed payments.
  • Process supplier invoices with accurate coding and authorisation.
  • Maintain supplier records and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
  • Prepare regular accounts payable payment runs.
  • Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve creditor queries.
  • Administer and reconcile corporate credit cards via Flexi Purchase.
  • Prepare monthly credit card and expenditure reports.
  • Monitor and reconcile all bank accounts.
  • Prepare cash flow forecasts and track grant and funding receipts.
  • Support ethical procurement processes and maintain contracts/supplier registers.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external providers regarding repairs, maintenance, and claims.

Essential Selection Criteria:

  • Strong experience in accounts payable/receivable, general ledger reconciliation, cash management, corporate cards management and Procurement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills and intermediate Microsoft Word proficiency.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Effective team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Accounting degree or relevant tertiary qualification with at least 2 years' experience.

Preferred:

  • Experience in procurement policy implementation or supplier contract management.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Familiarity with NDIS processes.
  • WWCC
