Nestled in the heart of Gippsland, Victoria, surrounded by nature and a vibrant arts and culture scene, our client's park is a mix of holiday accommodation and community living, offering everything from luxury cabins to powered sites, as well as a range of family-friendly activities including a high ropes course, swimming pool, jumping cushion, and more.

With a strong reputation for delivering exceptional guest experiences across Victoria, their mission is simple: to create places where families and communities come together to relax, connect, and make lifelong memories.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and presentation of the park. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a balance of strategic thinking, operational oversight, and people management.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and support a multi-disciplinary team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Oversee Park operations including accommodation, grounds, facilities, and compliance
  • Manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost control
  • Drive guest satisfaction and maintain a strong online reputation
  • Collaborate with local tourism bodies and community stakeholders
  • Ensure safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards are consistently met

About You

To be successful in this role you will need to be a confident and compassionate leader who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment. You will bring to the role a strong operational background, ideally in the Tourist Park industry, and a passion for creating memorable experiences for guests and residents alike.

You will have:
