The Role:

Bali Body has been a market leader in Sunless Tanning for the past 8 years and continues growing at a rapid rate. Our D2C channels remain at the core of our success and identity even as we expand further into the world of bricks and mortar retail. We are seeking an experienced and passionate ecommerce co-ordinator to take ownership of the maintenance, management and strategy for our .com and Amazon distribution.

As the Ecommerce and Amazon Co-ordinator, you will be instrumental in driving revenue and positive change while maximizing the online presence of our brand across key platforms. With a focus on our Shopify powered online store,  as well as our booming Amazon business, you will implement strategic initiatives and co-ordinate updates and improvements to grow and maintain these channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute comprehensive strategies to drive sales growth and market share on Amazon, and Bali Body's website.
  • Analyse and Manage sales performance of these channels
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement
  • Ad-hoc management of selling platforms
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners including Amazon & our Amazon agency, and Web development agency.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge and capitalize on opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field preferred but not crucial.
  • Strong track record of driving revenue and profitability on Amazon, and company-owned websites.
  • Strong knowledge of platforms including Shopify, Amazon Seller Central.
  • Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools such as Amazon Seller Central, Google Analytics, and Shopify
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
